(3)每顿少吃一两口 。 控制饮食, 关键在于细水长流, 持之以恒 。 对于容易发胖的人, 适当限制进食量, 不要完全吃饱, 更不要吃太饱、吃撑, 最好在感觉还欠几口的时候就放下筷子 。 普通人按照膳食宝塔安全饮食, 适度活动, 没有必要刻意去追求“七分饱” 。
(4)少吃高能量食品 。 学会看营养成分表, 了解食物的能量, 少吃高脂肪、高糖等高能量食物, 比如炸鸡、薯片、酥饼等, 都要尽量少吃 。
(5)减少在外就餐的频率 。 在外就餐或聚餐的时候, 一般都会点得多吃得多, 吃的时间还久, 经常还会犒劳自己吃很多大鱼大肉, 导致进食过量 。
